Option 1: Shuttle Bus 7 (Recommended)
From Bedok/West/City:
- Take EWL to Bedok (EW5)
- Exit and board Shuttle 7 at Bus Stop 84031 (Exit B)
- Alight at Tampines (Bus Stop 76551, Exit D)
Frequency: Every 3-5 minutes
Journey time: ~15-20 minutes by bus
Option 2: Downtown Line (DTL)
Best for commuters from:
- Bugis, Promenade, Bayfront area
- Chinatown, Clarke Quay
- Botanic Gardens, Stevens
Route: Take DTL directly to Tampines (DT32)

If coming from Pasir Ris:
- EWL trains still run between Pasir Ris and Tampines
